M36, AKA NGC 1960 or the Pinwheel Cluster is an open cluster in Auriga. The cluster is estimate to be about 4,300 light years away though one more recent study puts that estimate at around 3,800 light years.. It’s estimated to be about 22-26 million years old. The radius of the cluster is about 7 light years.
