
This is an open cluster in Cassiopeia. According to Wikipedia its age is estimated at 21 million years. It’s not quite 8,000 light years distant and spans about 15 light years.
This is 16 hours, 20 minutes of RGB data and doesn’t reveal much excitement although there are a few distant dim galaxies that are visible (see the annotated version below).
